Suzy is 815Yoga's awesome ambassador for Ale Yeah Yoga. With her background in dance, she has the ability to make yoga feel graceful, yet lively and FUN! You'll never have the same experience twice. Her music selection is dance-worthy, and her yoga instruction is clear and easy to understand, even for brand new beginners. (Ale Yeah Yoga is PERFECT for brand new beginners -- lighthearted and silly, complete with beer!) Suzy completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at 815Yoga through Blue Soul School of Yoga in the summer of 2018 and teaches several classes at 815Yoga every week.
