Josh Tourville, our Executive Chef, has been cooking in Rockford kitchens and restaurants for as long as he can remember. He’s worked pretty much every job in every type of restaurant; from fine dining to casual fare, Josh knows what Rockford is hungry for and he knows how to cook it. Josh is a man of the kitchen, but a constant visitor to the dining room. He enjoys stopping by tables and listening to guests to find out what we can improve on for their next visits.
