At Prairie Street, we brew exceptional interpretations of classic beer styles, crafted with a seasonal, culinary focus. We opened in 2013 inside a 150-year-old brewhouse, and transformed the facility with industry-leading sustainability practices: we rely on solar and geothermal energy in the brewing process, and distribute spent grains to local farms. Dockside Live, born on the heels of the iconic Dinner on the Dock is Prairie Street Brewing Co’s answer to a more locally focused and intimate live music experience on our dock. Dockside Live is always free and always entertaining.
Kayla Seeber, as seen on The Voice, is an incredibly talented, local musician. With enticing guitars and vocals, she’s one show you don’t want to miss!
