Our office suites are secure, well-appointed, and offer the added advantage of being located in a National Historic Landmark building. At Prairie Street, we brew exceptional interpretations of classic beer styles, crafted with a seasonal, culinary focus. We opened in 2013 inside a 150-year-old brewhouse, and transformed the facility with industry-leading sustainability practices: we rely on solar and geothermal energy in the brewing process, and distribute spent grains to local farms.
