General Manager Patrick Gallaher, grew up in Southern California and has worked in the restaurant, brewery and events business for the past 25 years. He brings a calm, cool vibe to the busyness of our operations. Patrick enjoys meeting and interacting with Prairie Street Brewing Co.’s guests from all over the world – and especially the locals and regulars that frequent our place and have become part of our flock. He makes guests feel comfortable and welcome, often encouraging them to try something new on the menu, or suggesting a staple classic. As any good leader would, Patrick is our staff’s support system, making sure they are always happy, confident, and prepared to make our guests feel welcome. His goal is to help all our guests and staff be Peacock Proud.

Nicole Blough, our Assistant Events Manager, has more than ten years of experience in wedding and event planning. She loves to see our guests light up with joy when their event comes together flawlessly after weeks or months of planning.

“Those are the moments when all the hard work and coordination pay off – for our customers, their guests, and for me, too,” says Nicole. “Seeing people have fun is very satisfying.”

Her vast experience helping plan menus, organize timelines, and pulling together details ensure each moment of your special event goes off flawlessly. Nicole loves enjoying one of our Berry River Rolls on Prairie Street Brewing Co.’s dock here and relaxing with a Chocolate Porter in the brewpub after sending one of our freshly married, happy couples off for a new life together.

Assistant Event Manager

Danielle Teslow, Assistant Events Manager, always brings a sense of comfort to anyone wanting to have an event or wedding with us here at Prairie Street Brewing Co. Danielle boasts more than 7 years of wedding experience and 5 years of directing catering at offsite weddings at nearly all the top wedding venues in the area. She brings that experience to bear on behalf of all our clients and their guests. From simple and quaint, to elaborate and detailed, she loves being part of any size event and does so with a confident smile that will rub off on you and your guests. Cheers her with a PSB Irish stout while planning your special day or event!

Event Coordinator Tyler Jacobsen has been with Prairie Street Brewing Co. since 2013 and wowing our guests ever since. Tyler’s warm personality will put you at ease from the moment you meet him.

“Their big day is just as important to me, as it is to them” says Tyler when asked about how he manages to focus so much energy on so many weddings each year. He knows the importance of making sure all events are beyond expectation and will happily toast you with a hearty “cheers,” having a Prairie Street IPA in hand when all is said and done.

If there is a party that needs planning, Event Coordinator Nitsy Utley will be there! Nitsy started with Prairie Street Brewing Co. 6 years ago as one of our most popular event bartenders. She quickly proved her aspirations of moving up in the company were well-founded and has been doing an amazing job of managing extraordinary events ever since. Nitsy is ready, willing, and able to do anything to make sure you and your guests’ enjoy your event – no matter how big or how small.
